وصلنا في وقت مبكر من الصباح بعد رحلة ليلية متعبة واخبرنا موظف الاستقبال بان الغرف غير جاهزة وعليكم الانتظار لمدة ١٠ ساعات لتجهيز الغرف ورفض مساعدتنا في الحصول على غرفة في اي فندق لحين تجهيز غرفنا واكتفى بالقول بإن جميع الفنادق في إسطنبول محجوزة ولا يمكنني المساعدة لقد كان يوما صعبا جداالمزيد

الفندق رائع جدا من جميع النواحي، ابتداءا من الموظفين البشوشين والخدومين بالاضافه الى نظافة الغرفه والفندق بشكل عام وموقعه الممتاز في ارقى احياء اسطنبول ومقابله ٣ مجمعات فخمه وميترو موحود امام باب الفندق تستطيع الوصول الى ابعد المسافات باسطنبول.

تحتاج الى ان يكًن هناك استقبال افضل كذلك الغرف صغيرة جدا وتجبرون النزيل الى دفع مبلغ إضافي اذا أراد ان يغير من غرفة بدون تدخين الى غرفة تدخين ولا اعرف لماذا علينا دفع مبلغ إضافي كذلك التراس الخاص بالتدخين يفضل ان يكون له تهوية

After you stated that you booked your room as a smoking one during the check-in process, we have contacted your agency in order to check your details once again. However, they did not have any information regarding your special request.
Since there was no available smoking room category on the day of your arrival, our colleague kindly offered a different smoking room category to you with the price difference in order to make you satisfied during your stay and you accepted it, according to our records.
