As Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul family, we are truly sorry that we could not make your stay a satisfactory one. As a whole team, we always strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests.
We would like to kindly clarify that non of our guests have to wait many hours to get their rooms. Some guests may request early check-in and it is a pleasure for us to provide the room earlier as per the availability. Otherwise, we give priority when any room in the same category is ready. As stated in the confirmation letter, we are obliged to provide the room at 3 p.m. at the latest. During the high occupancy, it may not possible to make the room ready before many hours, unfortunately. According to our records, we did not physically have any room in any room category that we can provide upon arrival.
Furthermore, we are sorry to hear that you encountered the inconvenience regarding our staff attitude. As per our search, the receptionist tried to find an available hotel for you but many hotels were occupied in the early morning.
We would love to hear more evaluation regarding your accommodation, cleanliness, staff, other services, etc. during your long stay at Hyatt Centric Levent Istanbul since your comments are very helpful to improve our services.
