كل شي كان ممتازا خدمة الاستقبال و التنظيف و الاهم المطعم stations التي في الاستقبال فتاة اسمها Burcu رائعه في تعاملها و استقبالها و ترحب بالضيوف و تدلهم على الطاوله المناسبه و كذلك التي كانت تساعدنا و تقدم لنا الخدمه اسمها Irem فتاة جميله طيبة ذات اسلوب رائع و مرحب و قامت بخدمتنا على اكمل وجه خيارات الطعام لذيذه جدا

لقد سكنت عدة مرات بفيرمونت اسطنبول وكانت هذي اسوأ اقامة لي حيث غير مهتمين بخدمة الغرف ومتجاهلين اي شكوى مني وقاموا باهانتي بصالة الفيرمونت الذهبي علما بانه لدي عضوية اكور البلاتيني فكيف الذي لا يملك عضوية وفوق هذا لم يقدروا حالة الوفاة التي كنت بها
