Dear Hiba, We were really happy to host you and your family in TZL Suites. Thank you for your feedback. We are sad to know that you didnt leave our hotel satisfied. We will consider what you mentioned about the lighting in the rooms and our restaurant menu. In our hotel, we tend to avoid using plastic bottles (plastics are accumulating and cause environmental pollution) the reason why there is only filtered drinking water faucet in the kitchen and in everywhere at the hotel even for the workers. For the lower floors, for example if your reservation is garden suite category it will in our first floor but if your reservation is roof suite category then you will have the ninth floor which is our last floor. It all depends on the booking category and our availability on your arrival date.
We will try to make you feel more comfortable the next time you consider coming back to our hotel. We will be happy to see you again in TZL Suites family. Have a nice day
