سلمونا الغرف الثامنة صباحا مشكورين جدا وحوض السباحة ممتاز وغرفه واسعة
عيبه لا توجد محلات او مطاعم قريبة
سوف انح به الاصدقاءالمزيد

واجهت مشكله في الدخول حيث كان الحجز ٤ ليالي وعندما دخلت الفندق كان الحجز ٣ ليالي فقط. لكن وبعد الاتصال مع المشفى الذي حجز في الفندق تم حجز الغرفه على ٤ ليالي لكن عند المغادره تبلغت من الاستقبال بأن الحجز فقط ٣ ليالي وليس ٤ ليالي نظرا لان موظفة الاستقبال لم تقرأ الايميل الذي بعثه المشفى واخيرا لقد واجهت متاعب في الدخول والخروج من الفندق

ان فندق روتانا جيد جيدا في جميع الخدمات وخاصه موظفي الاستعلامات ذوي اختصاص واخلاق رفيعه ومواعيد جيده جدا بالاضافه الى الغرف النظيفه والمكيفه وعمال النظافه يعملون مرتين في اليوم و وجبة الافطار جيده جدا وموظفة الاستعلامات Gizem جدا متعاونه مع الزبائن وتقدم الخدمه دون الطلب منها فأنا اشكر اداره الفندق روتانا مع جميع موظفيها

موقع الفندق على خرائط جوجل غير صحيح وكثيرين من علقوا على ذلك ولم تستجب الادارة لذلك.. سيؤدي ذلك للف كثيرا وقد تخسرون هواتفكم بيد السائق ان اضطررتم لوضعه بيده. الفندق رائع وموظفي الاستقبال رائعون ولكن مشكلة كهذه تنغص الرحلة كلها

It is sad to hear about the unfortunate incident and thank you very much for informing us where we have corrected wrong maps and we are correctly displayed on online maps. الفندق كويس مقابل القيمه والخدمات والإقامة كانت ممتازه ولكن يعيب الفندق بعده عن المناطق الترفيهيه ووسط المدينه كما انه يوجد باص يقوم بالتوصيل لمجمع اسطنبول والمطار مجانا ولكن تحتسب رسوم توصيل لوسط المدينه
