أستمتعت بالإقامة والخدمه وموظفين اكفاء مثال Ozden Ozturk موظفه في الاستقبال Fatima في الاستقبال و Ahmed موظف Concierge service وSelency في Club والغرف جميله ونظيفه وخدمه الغرف مع الموظفين المتصلين بشكل مباشر مع المقيم في الفندق وشكرًا علي إتاحة إبداء الرأي

........فندق جميل وموقعه ممتاز قريب من تقسيم الشارع الحيوي وقريب من كل الاماكن والمطاعم ........اتقدم بجزيل الشكر والامتنان الاخ عباس كمال ياسين على حسن الخدمة في المطعم للإفطار.........
هذه ليست المره الاولى لي في الفندق واكيد لن تكون الاخيره

عبر الأجهزة المحمولة 
حجزت غرفتين، الغرفة الاولى بسرير كبير والثانية بسريرين ، الغرفة الاولى كان السرير صغير والغرفة ضيقة والحمام صغير جداً ، الغرف الثانية كان حجم الحمام جيد نسبياً ولكن الاسرة صغيرة جداً وغير مريحه لدرجة اني استخدمت كريم لتخفيف الم الظهر واخبرت المسؤولين الا انهم اخبروني بان جميع غرف الفندق تحتوي على نفس الاسرة.. خدمت تنظيف الغرف ضعيفة فلقد كانت علب الشامبو والصابون فارغة ولم يتم ملئها الا بعدما اتصلت بخدمة الاستقبال، بعض الفوط تحتاج الى استبدال ، طلبت صحن فارغ وقالوا لي يجب ان ادفع مبلغ 70 ليرة !!!! الفطور بسيط جداً مقارنة بفنادق اخرى قمت بزيارتها في اسطنبول ، الموظفين في مطعم الفطور يحتاجون الى تدريب وتوجية بالرغم من ان عددهم كبير ولكنهم دائماً منشغلين بالحديث ولا يولون الضيوف الاهتمام، لن اكرر السكن في الفندق ولا انصح به خاصة للعرب مع وجود خيارات كثيره افضل في اسطنبول

We regret the discomfort you encountered with the room sizes, beds, and bathroom facilities. اجمل فندق اقمت فيها خدمته تقوف التصورات ساعيد الزيارة وان شاء الله احصل على سعر جيد الغرفه ذات اطلاله رائعه في البرد لايعمل المكيف افتح الشباك ستسمع اصوات الاسعاف والميدان. الافطار متنوع لن تستطيع مرور عليه جميعه من كبره الصالات وخدمة الغرف خمس نجوم قريب من كل شي وامن
