Regarding to your comments , we see that you could not have your deposit back.We are sorry for that issue. Not because of we did not give you back , the reason is you were not able to wait for receptionist to take their cash box. We have all records in our system that shows we are keeping your deposit after the exact day you checked out. You can receive your deposit anytime you would like if you can visit us.
