موقع ممتاز وخدمة اكثر من رائعة. تعامل راقي من الموضفين. خدمة تسجيل الوصول سريعة. تم الترحيب بي كعضو في برنامج الولاء وترقية غرفية لدور الكلوب. استمتعت جدا بقضاء يوم في الفندق. المطعم المطل على الحديقة جميل جدا ولديه العديد من الاختيارات من الماكولات والمشروبات. كما يقدم مكان مخصص للتدخين والشيشة

عبر الأجهزة المحمولة 
الفندق قديم وللأسف كئيب جداً عند الدخول في اللوبي فإن قاعه الاستقبال صغيرة جداً وايضاً لا توجد جلسه في اللوبي حيث ان الجلسة تكون في طابق آخر ووجود البار بنفس الطابق على يسار المدخل فمكانه خاطئ
مميزاته : من ناحية الموظفين جداً متعاونين والخدمه ممتازة جداً من حيث سرعه الاستجابه لأي طلب وقربه من منطقة تقسيم
عيوبه : الأثاث قديم والفندق ككل كئيب

خمسة نجوم لا شك لكن من الطراز القديم يحتاج الى تجديد و وضع لمسات ليصبح من الفنادق الجديدة ذات النسق العصري… العاملون به ودودون وخدومون جدا قريب جدا من ميدان تقسيم و شارع الاستقلال حيث المحال التجارية و المطاعم الممتازة و المقاهي

يتميز هذا الفندق بموقع مميز وبالمجمل فأن النظافة والطعام والخدمة مميزة اعتقد انه يجب تخصيص مكان للمدخنين داخل اللوبي ، بخصوص العاملين فى هذا الفندق هم متعاونين جدا بشوشين و خدومين وانا سأنزل في هذا الفندق مرة اخرى

موقع الفندق مميز
قربة من شارع الاستقلال وشيشلي
قربة من المطاعم والاماكن السياحية حيث يوجد بالفندق مطعم افطار واماكن جلوس حلوه والمسبح جميل
وقرب البسفور من الفندق يمكنك الذهاب الى شارع الاستقلال على قدميك
نصيحة حول الغرف: مطله على البسفور او المسبح
