-المبلغ يعتبر غالي نوعاً ما.
-النظافة ممتازة.
-خدمات الغرف ممتازة.
-الموقع يعتبر جيدجداً بالنسبة لي.
-وقت الدخول كان الساعة :١٢:٣٠ الظهر تقريباً وكان وصولنا للفندق كان الساعة ٩ صباحاً.
- الإفطار كان رائع.
- الهدوء كان رائع.
( الإقامة بمجملها اعتبرها رائعة )
تاريخ الإقامة: سبتمبر 2019-النظافة ممتازة.
-خدمات الغرف ممتازة.
-الموقع يعتبر جيدجداً بالنسبة لي.
-وقت الدخول كان الساعة :١٢:٣٠ الظهر تقريباً وكان وصولنا للفندق كان الساعة ٩ صباحاً.
- الإفطار كان رائع.
- الهدوء كان رائع.

إيجابيات كثيرة أهمها التعاون التام و الشامل من جميع العاملين في الفندق بلا إستثناء و على رأسهم أعضاء فريق الإستقبال
سلبيات قليلة أهمها إرتفاع السعر مقارنة بنوعية الغرف و تصميمها و أثاثها الممتلئ بالغبار و الرائحة القديمة

الفندق جيد يحتاج الى تحسين في الغرف كالتي اقمت فيها - موقعه ممتاز وخدماته وبشاشة موظفيه تشجعك للإقامة فيه - خدمات الكونسرج رائعة جدا ومتجاوبين الى ابعد الحدود .
المطعم اكله وخدماته جيده جدا واسعاره ايضا مناسبة .

الخدمه جيده ، خدمة العملاء دون غير مقبوله ،
عندالوصول طلبت منهم غرفه ترى البحر، وقد قمت باخبارهم قبل الوصول ب ١٠ ايام اني ساصل الساعه الثانيه ١٠ ظهرا
وبعد الوصول طلبت مني موظفة الاستقبال الانتظار حتى الساعه الثانيه ظهرا لتجهيز الغرفه وبالفعل انتظرت ،،وبعد الانتظار توجهت اليها ثانية وقالت لي الغرفه غير جاهزه بعد
فاخبرتها لماذا لم تخبريني من وقت الوصول انك لن تستطيعي الوفاء بالموعد ، وسالتها لماذا ارغمتيني لدفع ثمن الغرفه لخمس ليالي
قالت لي بالحرف ، سنرجع لك المال ، طلبت المدير وتاسف وقال لي انتظر ساعه اخرى وساوفر لك الغرفه .

We do appreciate for sparing your precious time to share your feedback with us, and we are sorry to hear your dissatisfaction.
Kindly let me take this oppurtunity to give you information on standards and procedures. In regards to your early check-in request not being granted at 10:00 o'clock is due to full occupancy we have at this period. Since the check-out time is 12:00 and the check-in time is at 14:00. As you can imagine, when running at high occupancy; it leaves a small period of time to clean and update the guest rooms. We usually do try to honor our guests early check-in and late check-out requests if and when occupancy allows. As you have requested sea view room at the time of your reservation, my colleauges tried their best to prepare the room for you as soon as our guest checked out, since there was only one sea view room available.
In this light, we would like to thank you very much for your review and taking the time to share your experience with us on this platform.
I hope that your travels will bring you back to Istanbul again soon and it will be our pleasure to welcome you again as our guest.

موقع الفندق ممتاز و قريب من كل المناطق تقريبا
مريح و نظيف و الغرف واسعه و الخدمه ممتازه و الموضفين لطيفين و سريعين
الطعام متنوع و ممتاز
فقط شيئ واحد هو ال AC لا يعمل بشكل صحيح و غير ذالك كل شيئ كان جيد جدا
