جميع الخدمات والتعامل والاطلالة على البوسفور جميلة جدا والمساعدة ..انصح بالاقامة فيه وخاصة العوائل ...حجزت غرفة زاوية كانت باطلالة بانورامية شئ خيال ...فندق مريح جدا وطعامهم لذيذ جدا ولم اشعر نهائيا باي شئ يعكر صفوتي

يميز الفندق موقعه واطلالة على البوسفور خصوصا للجلسة في الرف العلوي دور 16 ولكن يعيبه الادارة السيئة واختياراتهم للغرف حيث تم الحجز ٥ غرف لمدة 13يوم وكانت مواقعها متباعدة واطلالاتها سيئة جداً ويعيب الفندق موقعه ويلزم سيارة للمواصلات في منطقة هادئة جدا وكئيبة نوعا ما

اجمل سفريه لي بصراحه استمتعت فيها واجمل اقامه في الفندق بصراحه الفندق امان وجميع الخدمات فيه والنادي الصحي ممتاز استمتعت فيها ماعدا طاقم العمل في الاستقبال للاسف استقبالهم لي متعب وانا جاي من رحلة طويله ومواصل بدون نوم اتعبني زياده وتأخرهم في دخولي للغرفه ازعجني وضايقني موظفي الاستقبال تعاملهم سئ جدا
