من اجمل الفنادق حيث الخدمة الراقيه والموقع الممتاز نضافه الغرف وحجم الغرفه حيث المتعارف في اسطنبول ضييق المساحة ولكن هي الهلتون العكس
وفي كل غرفه توجد اما حديقه او شرفه مطله عالمدينه او البسفور
خيار جيد لمن يحب الرفاهيه

الموقع مميز نظرا لإطلالته الرائعة وقربه من المواقع السياحية طاقم العمل لطيف والمرافق جيده تشكيلة مميزة من المطاعم والمقاهي نظام امني مريح للسائح الغرف نظيفة وخصوصا الاجنحه والشرفه المطلة على البحر اعتقد سأكرر الزيارة

الفندق كبير و غرفه واسعه لكنه قديم و يحتاج الى تجديد
الفندق آمن جداً
الفندق فيه ازعاج من الحفلات التي تقام في حديقة الفندق و من الاماكن المجاورة .
خدمة التنظيف دون المستوى .
الفندق سيكون الافضل لو تم تجديده بالكامل .

اتمني من إدارة الفندق الرقي بطلب من موظفين الاستقبال التعامل بشكل احترافي لضيوف الفندق كما في الفنادق الاخر فئة خمس نجوم حيث لا يطلب موظف الفندق بقبول إهمال الفندق للضيف رغم سحب المبلغ بالكامل لكن اشكر المديرة على اهتمامها بِنَا فعلا لن أكرر زيارة هذا الفندق..

Our aim is to provide our guests with memorable experiences and I wish to apologize for any shortcomings you encountered on your stay. Please be assured that this is not indicative of our usual standards.
We as a hotel definitely had no intention of making any guests’ stay disappointing and I have taken all notes, due to the fact that these are of great importance to us and allow us to monitor and improve our service continuously.
We will review all the facts with the staff involved to correct whatever is necessary to prevent this from happening again.

فندق جيد من ناحية الأمان موقع جيد ..يتوفر مواقف مجانية ..خيارات الاكسيوتيف لاونج محدودة جدا ..
الموظفون متعاونون لكن ينقصهم الابتسامة ...
مسبح ممتاز ويوجد قسم للأطفال .....
الغرف واسعة وتحتمل أسرة إضافية ..
