الاقامه كانت روعه في الفندق ، والفندق كان ممتاز جدا ونظيف وهادي وقريب من الخدمات والموظفين كانو وودوديين جدا والاخ يوسف بالاستقبال يجيد اللغه العربيه انسان محترم جدا الغرفه كانت واسعه وممتازه والحمام نظيف وكبير شكرا هلتون البسفور المزيد

إنه فندق رائع جدا مع خدمة عملاء عالية الجودة، تم الرد على جميع طلباتي بسرعة وفعالية.
تنوجه بالشكر لموظفي الاستقبال اللطفاء وشكر خاص للسيد أحمد دهان الذي تعامل معنا بلباقة تدل على مهنية عالية.
الغرف والحمامات كانت مرتبة ونظيفة جدا ولكن الديكور قديم ولا يعكس الصور الموجودة في الموقع الالكتروني.
يقع الفندق وسط بقعة خضراء واسعة يمكن ملاحظتها بسهولة من خلال خرائط جوجل
المساحة من الشارع الى بناء الفندق عبارة عن حديقة خلابة ورائعة وتضاريس وتصاميم الحدائق المحيطة بالبركة تدخل البهجة والسرور على النفس.
حدائق الفندق لوحة فنية جميلة جدا.

الفندق ممتاز بس غالي شوي لكنه فيه خدمة الإفطار والغداء والعشاء ممتازه وأيضاً الفندق جداً كبير يعني المرافق فيه كثيرة وينصح ان الواحد يستكشف الفندق وفيه أكثر من مطعم وأيضاً البوفيه موجود في الدور التاسع والأرضي

فندق جميل جدا و موقع مميز يالنسبة للتسوق و الاماكن السياحية. امامه محطة باصات مباشرة و محطة مترو تقسيم تبعد اقل من 10 دقايق مشي. سكنت فيه للمرة الاولى و لن اتردد في زيارته مرة أخرى. النظافة بمستوى عالي

الفندق من افضل الفنادق في اسطنبول من حيث الموقع والاطلالة الرائعة على البسفور. خدمة جيدة و الموظفين متعاونين ويوجد موظفين يتحدثون اللغة العربية لمساعدة النزلاء العرب. الافطار جيد . الغرف كبيرة ونظيفة .
