الفندق هيلتون البسفور ممتاز وراقي وقمه بالروعه وتعامل الموظفين جداً ممتاز وراقي وخاصه الموظف أحمد رجل محترم اتمنى ان الموظفين يقتدون بهذا الرجل ويعطيه الف عافيه ، انا تعاملت مع فنادق في تركيا بس نفس تعاملكم مارأيت فوق الممتاز

اسوء فندق سكنته في اسطنبول لا يصلح للعائلات الخدمه سيئه الفندق ازعاج تعامل الاستقبال سيء اخر يوم اروح افطر تحت ارجع يسكرون الكرت عشان اخر يوم ولما طلبت منهم يعطوني كرت ثاني طلبو مني اوقف فالطابور مع ناس بيسون جك ان وجك اوت وكل واحد يطول معاه وانا انطر بس عشان يعطوني كرت ثاني

الفندق حلو ونظيف وموقعه رائع والموظفين كويسين والموظف أحمد لطيف جدا وودود مع العملاء ومتعاون ويتشتغل بإخلاص وذو أخلاق رافية يستحق الشكر وأنا دائما إذا جئت اسطبول اجلس في الهلتون لأنه فندق ممتاز وخدماته ممتازة والموظفون متعاونين

نشكر الاخ يوسف بالخدمة العملاء على التعامل الراقي جدا من خلال اقامتنا ٦ ايام في الفندق وبصراحه سهل لنا طريقه وكان متعاون جدا .. والواضح كانت متعامل مع الكل اجانب وعرب .. وان شاءالله سنعاود الحضور ..
وهوا قام بتعريف على الفندق وارشادناً عن اماكن نقوم بزيارتها في اسطنبول

جيد جدا ويستحق الزياره وشكرا لجميع العاملين قريب من الأماكن الحيوبه في اسطنبول مثل ميدان تقسيم والبسفور . إطلالة الكوفي ممتازه جداً ومناسبة قد يكون المشكله الوحيده هي دورات المياه فقد كانت قديمه نوعا ما وتحتاج إلى ترتيب أكثر
