تعامل الموظفين جدا ممتاز ومتعاونين ويوجد بعض الموظفين الذين يتكلمون اللغة العربية ، موقع الفندق في المنتصف بين ساحة تقسيم (شارع الاستقلال) ومنطقة نيشانتشي ، بالرغم من ان الفندق نوعا ما قديم ولكن يوجد اهتمام بالغرف ومرافق الفندق ، مساحة الغرفه مناسبه مع البلكونه

الفندق جدا جدا رائع والطاقم جدا رائع خصوصا الاستاذ يوسف وقونيش الذي كان استقبالهم جدا رائع وتعاملهم جدا رائع والمكان خيالي ويوجد.مطهم هندي وقهوة على التيراس والحدائق المتزاجده في الفندق اكثر من رائعه باختصار الفندق من اجمل فنادق اسطنبول
