الفندق جدا مميز بين محطتين ترام و قريب من محطة قطار
وايضا قربه من المنطقه القديمه والاسواق والاثار.المنطقه المحيطه بالفندق أغلبها محلات بيع الملابس بالجمله. اللوبى غالبا مايكون ممتلء والفندق عباره عن اربع مبانى مجموعه فى لوبى واحد مغلق ومشترك. الفندق قريب جدا من المسجد.
-اجراءات تسجيل الدخول سيئة جدا.
-عدم وجود حامل الحقائب عند النزول من التاكسى الى الفندق.
-الدرج كبير جدا وطويل ويوجد اكثر من درج داخل اللوبى الكبير ولا يصلح لكبارالسن وذوى الاحتياجات الخاصه والفندق غير مهيأ للعربيات ذوى الا حتياجات الخاصه.
-تتوفر خدمة الواى فاى مجانيه فى اللوبى وضعيفه
-التكيف فى اللوبى سيئ ... اللوبى حار جدا.
-الفطور ممتاز ومتنوع.
-الغرف جيده.
-اجراءات تسجيل الخروج سريعه.

صراحه صدمت من الفندق تخيلت انه 5 نجوم بوضع افضل بكثير ولكن تبدا الصدمه من موظفين الاستقبال الغير ودودين ويتعاملون بصوره فضه .بعد الدخول الى الغرفه تكتشف مدى صغرها وتم وضعنا في الطابق الاول الذي يطل على محلات تجاريه هناك ازعاج حتى ساعات متاخره من اليل.خدمت الانترنيتwifi ليست مجانا بالغرف .الفطور لا يرتقي الى 3 نجوم طيلت ايام المكوث لم يتغير الاكل .لا يوجد مكان لعربات الاطفال فقد اضطررت الى تنزيل ورفع العربه في كل مره نخرج ونعود فيها .ارجوا من ادارة الفندق النظر لهذه الملاحظات بجديه لتحسين الخدمه .

I would kindly like to inform you that the reservation had been made as Standard room and WI FI service is available in public areas as you know due to this information had been mention on online reservation channels.After all information had been confirmed by you, you did make reservation.You could make reservation as Deluxe or Executive room for more comfortable stay with your child here because of all Standard Room is available for 2 Adults.
Also Standard Room you stayed is facing to the huge historical ambiance lobby. I see that there was misunderstanding about the overlooking to shops.

الخدمة سيئة جدا والغرف صغيرة في الدور الثالث وعندما طالبت بغرف أفضل دفعت مبلغ كبير مقابل الحصول على غرف أكبر ولكن أسوأ من حيث الرائحة و نظافة السجاد و مكان الغرف في الدور الأول وإزعاج الشارع والمترو و كذلك نظام التدفئة و الهواء كان يدخل الغرفة من النوافذ لانها سيئة التصنيع ولا تمنع الإزعاج او الهواء والإفطار لا يمكن ان يكون بمستوى فنادق الخمس نجوم او حتى ٣ نجوم وعموما الفندق لا يرقى لأكثر من ٣ نجوم على أكثر تقدير .

I am disappointed your experience with us was less than perfect. The feedback of our guests is very important to me so please be assured that I had given your feedback a lot of thought and would like to address the points you raise.
As you also mentioned in your review,in terms of the size of the rooms, both of our buildings are historical landmarks and were built as private fire house in 1900s. Also our standard rooms are on the smaller side while offering high large windows and gorgeous traditional lobby ambiance.
All room category price are mentioned all reservation channels with the best available rate.That is why Standard Room is less expensive than Executive Room and you went ahead to make reservation for Standard Room during your reservation yourself.I see that your reservation has been made Standard Room which is size 20 M2 and you had been confirmed to stay at Executive Room during your stay and you had been have Club Lounge Access all your stay with Executive Room Rate .
As informed us that you will complain at Tripadvisor.com if you will able to pay the difference charge for Executive Room after your checked in .As everybody know that all prodecures do not accept this offer by your side all over the world.
