الفندق كان اكثر من رائع بالنسبه للموقع كان ممتاز وقريب من اماكن مهمه وكذلك الفطار كان متنوع ومتجدد وطعمه مميز وخصوصا المظر حيث تاكل في الطابق السادس وترى منطقه البسفور وبحر مرمره وكذلك من الطرف الاخر تري متحف اياصوفيا والستف العامل في الفندق ذوق جدا ومتعاون جدا وبالنسبه للنظافه كان نظيف وجميل فعلا فندق جمييييل انصح به

فندق يسمك سلطان كنت أتوقعه أكبر منا شاهدت ولكنه بصراحة كان فندقا ليس كبيرا ..
من إيجابياته وقوعه في منطقة حيوية بالقرب من جامع السلطان أحمد والسوق المصري والعديد من المحلات والمطاعم الشعبية وسهولة التنقل هلى الأرجل في تلك المنطقة.
ومن سلبياته هو صغر الغرف والحمامات.
الإفطار في ذلك الفندق لا بأس به.
التعامل لا بأس، ولكن سبق وان طلبت منهم عن استقبالي بالمطار ولكن لم أجد الرد في حينها فقد يكونون مشغولون بالموسم السياحي.

Regarding the room sizes, we would like to inform you that as the majority of the buildings in this area where the hotel is located are old, therefore the size of the rooms are not desired sizes, it is very diffciult to get a permission from the government to make construction works in order to make the rooms more spacious, as the area is very popular tourist attraction, the government states that people do not come to Istanbul to see many construction works, therefore they are not willing to give permissions. However please be assured that the management is still trying to get the permission so that the rooms can be rennovated to a bigger size.
We were deeply sorry to read that you encountered unpleasent problem during your stay at our Hotel. We would like to contact to you regarding this issue as your satisfaction is our main goal. Please send us your email address or phone number that we can call you from.
