الفندق مصنف كفندق ٥ نجوم لكن من خلال التجربة اعتقد ان تصنيف الفندق لا يتعدى ال ٣ نجوم
لم يتم تلبية الطلبات بشكل مباشر من اول مرة وكان يجب طلب نفس الخدمة اكثر من مرة حتى يتم تلبيتها من قسم خدمة الغرف !

شكراً لكم ممتاز جدا اصبح فندقي المفضل لكن حطو سجادة صلاة و المكيف ليس بارداً على الاقل ٢١.٥ و صالة الرياضه تحتاج لتكبير و مسبح و نتمنى لكم التوفيق و خدمه افضل و شكراً . فندق ممتاز جدا لكن يجب ان يتم الطاقم على هذا المنوال و يواصل

Thank you for reviewing your recent stay in our Barceló Istanbul and for the nice comments. We also appreciate your feedbacks about the hotel not having a swimming pool and at the same time we would like to transmit you that this facility is not announced on ours nor any of our partners’ websites or brochures. However we are proud to offer our guests an amazing 1.200 sq meters Wellness & Fitness Centre on the 11th and the 12th floor with stunning views to Istanbul and facilities such as 2 Turkish Hamam, 1 Romam Hamam, 2 outdoor bathtubs, saunas, steam baths, etc.
Once more we thank you for sharing your experience with us and look forward to serving you again soon.

يحتاج الى المزيد من الاهتمام بنظافة الغرف
لايوجد تنوع في الطعام المقدم في بوفيه الافطار
الاهتمام اكثر بنظافة الحمامات واضافة المعطرات وتغير مناشف اكثر نظافة
اضافة المزيد من القهوة واشاي والماء في الغرف بشكل دوري

نعم كانت إقامة هادئة و مريحة و أنصح السكن في هذا الفندق سواء كان بمفردك أو للعائلة أو للأصدقاء أو المجموعات حيث ستنعم بطعم الراحة و الإستمتاع و أنت تسكن في قلب المدينة و الجمال و هدوء الإقامة في هذا الفندق الجميل

موظفوا الاسقبال قمة في الروعة والغرف نظيفة للغاية وخدمة الغرف سريعة جدا والفطور راقي ومتنوع ولذيذ كما يتميز الفندق بالموقع المتميز وسهولة الوصل اليه من اكثر من موقع كمل يتميز الموقع باطلالة جميلة في شارع تقسيم
