فندق بمستوى راقٍ جداً، نظيف جداً، واسع، لوبي فخم وكبير ، الغرفة واسعة جداً وفخمة ، وجبة الفطور ممتازة ومع كثير من الخيارات ، الخدمة ممتازة وطاقم يتعامل مع توجهات المقيمين بكل ترحاب وبوجه بشوش ، موقع مريح :قريب جداً من محطة مواصلات للمطار ، قريب جداً من ميدان تقسيم ومطاعم ومقاهي .
الإقامة جدًا رائعه الهدوء والنظافة والعمال جدا لطيفين والموقع ممتاز في منتصف تقسيم وموسيقى اللوبي البيانو والمرافق الصحية نظيفة سأكرر السكن في الفندق مرة أخرى ان شاء الله والمطاعم قريبه وصالة ال gm جدا رائعة

زيارتي للفندق قبل 7 اشهر كانت افضل بكثير من زيارتي الثانية.
تم اجباري بدفع مبلغ اضافي بدون سبب مقنع.
اسلوب موظفين الاستقبال سيء جدا.
اللغة الانجليزية متواضعه.
لن اكرر زيارتي لهذا الفندق مره اخرى. لوجود خيارات افضل وبأسعار منافسه

Firstly we thank you for making our Barceló your choice hotel for a second visit to Istanbul, although we regret that we fell a little short of your expectations this time around.
We however understand reading your review that apparently you were not properly informed about our hotel’s services upon your arrival and would like to take the opportunity to point out that a full description of our services is available on our website; as you will see the extra charge for the early check in at 10:00 am, as our check in time is at 14:00.
We regret hearing that the service provided at reception fell short of your expectations as the entire team put a lot of effort to maintain the highest standards of service for our guests to fully enjoy their experience among us.

موقع الفندق والهدوء ورحابة المكان وتعامل الموظفين راقي وسرعة الاستجابة عند طلب الخدمه ولكن يلاحظ التباين في السعر خلال فترة قصيره هناك مبالغه في السعر لابد من البحث اكثر من يوم وتوقيت لكي تحصل على سعر جيد
