الموظفه كانت رائعه جدا لقد ساعدتنا في الكثير مثل تعديل الغرفه والابقريد والغرفه كانت جميله جداً وكانت طوال اليوم تتصل لكي تتاكد اننا لانحتاج شيئًا وان كل على مايرام انها موظفه مثاليه مبتسمه دائما مجتهده تحاول المساعده على قدر الامكان

فندق يقع في منطقة شيشلي قريب من مول جواهر وقريب من البوسفور وقريب من تقسيم وشارع عثمان بيه وشارع نيشان تاشا الغرف العالية جميلة ترى فيها اسطنبول من الأعلى أسعاره مناسبة بعض الشيئ فطوره جميل كانت تجربة جميلة الغرف واسعة والخدمة جيدة جلست فيه ثلاث ايام

صعوبة في التواصل، لا يفقهون اي لغة غير التركية، ولا حتى يحاولون ذلك، بركة السباحة صغيرة جدا لا تتسع لعدد كبير في وقت واحد ، حجوزات المنتج الصحي بعيدة جدا، صعوبة في ايجاد حجوزات ، الطعام اعطيه ٣/١٠ , الغرف نظيفة، عاملات الغرف لطيفات .
