Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Tripadvisor. We were above all disheartened to read that you were not impressed our service. As we discussed while you were still at the hotel, we had taken action every request of you as soon as possible. Firstly, your room had been cleaned every day but you asked for more care, and we did really take care of your room. Then, you sent thanks message to us which we still have it. It is the same for the internet which was happened because of the service provider not us but we did all the necessary. In addition, it was a surprise to read that you did not like our food. We have checked our accounts and found out that you had ordered exactly the same food 3 times. Unfortunately, you did not mention it nor in your messages neither your emails. You might rest assured that we would have done the necessary for this, too. Even though, we did our best efforts would be put forth to give you entire satisfaction, we did not meet your expectations. We genuinely regret the inconvenience caused to you because of some unexpected breakdowns. Nevertheless, your reviews are well noted and will be evaluated.
