فندق جميل ، موقعه جيد جدا من جميع الخدمات والمرافق والأماكن السياحية ،طاقم الفندق ممتاز ومتعاون، الإفطار منوع وطيب والغرف واسعة ونظيفه، والمسبح نظيف ,اخذ الإستقبال بعض الوقت ولكن بالعموم كان جيدا ،وكان هنالك برنامج فترة العصر يوميا من تناول الشاي ووجبه خفيفة مقدمه من الفندق مجانا ، بالاجمال كان الفندق فوق الرائع .انصح بزيارته من غير تردد

أقمت في فندق سورة لمدة ثلاثة عشر يوما بغرض تلقي العلاج ، كل الخدمات في الفندق فوق الممتاز الغرفة نظيفة وفريق العمل اكثر من ممتاز ، موقع الاوتيل رائع يتوسط المدينة القديمة حيث يمكن الذهاب مشيا الى جميع المواقع التاريخية ، قمت بحجز العديد من الرحل والنشاطات عن طريق فريق الكونسيرج ، كانت أكثر من ممتازه ، اخص بالشكر السيد محمد الاحمر من الكونسيرج الذي أبدا اهتمام فائقاً وبذل كل جهده وتواصل معنا يوميا لضمان راحتنا ، كل الشكر للجميع سأعود إلى فندق سورة في المرة القادمة

ازور اسطنبول تقريبا كل عام ولكن هذه المره كانت مختلفه تماما . دلال بكل معنى الكلمه في فندق سورا في سلطان احمد . بدأ من كادر العمل سوبر نايس بالاخلاق والخدمه وطولة البال في اي شيء ممكن تحتاجه اثناء السفره . نظافه خاصه تتلاءم مع ظروف الحظر وأزمة كورونا وهذا مايطمن الزبائن في الغرف وصالة الطعام والحمام العثماني وكل شبر في الفندق . الفندق وفر لنا العديد من الخدمات منها النقل والحجز والفحص وامور اخرى . كادر مدرب مؤهل لخدمه الزبائن بشكل مميز وعلى رأسهم عايده الجميله . اما الافطار فكان بوفيه مفتوح يتضمن الكثير من الاصناف الطازجه خيارات خاصه بالاطفال وغيرها الكثير من التنوع في كل صباح نستيقظ على رائحة المعجنات والخبز وكادر العمل وبشكل خاص شمس الدين ناس راقيه في التعامل مع المسافر . شكرا لكل من جعل السفره العلاجيه مريحه وامنه وان شاء الله نكرر زيارتنا لفندق سورا .
