الموقع رائع,ولكن نفسية غالبية الموظفين وعدم مبالاتهم بعملهم وتكاسلهم كان مخيبا للأمل..يعطون الإنطباع بانهم مجبورون على العمل!!!Wyndham Grand Levent(JULY3-7,2019).
التدبير المنزلي ، كانا مميزين. House Keeping في Yousef في قاعة الإفطار وكذلك السيد UGUR BAHAR ولكي أكون عادلا هناك السيد
بسبب عدم رضاي عن الفندق اضطررت لعدم تمديد إقامتى ونقلت الى فندق قريب منه وهو
ورغم كونه 4 نجوم الا ان الموظفين محترمين ولديهم مهنيه عالية Park Dedeman Levent
JULY7-11 & JULY15-17 ,2019 وأقمت فيه
يعاني من سوء ادارة واضح ! Wyndham Grand Europe باختصار: كوني برفيسورو مستشار إداري أأوكد لكم ان

First and foremost I would like to thank you very much for giving us the honor of your visit and please trust that our entire team continuously strives to ensure your comfort and well-being.
However, depending on your evaluation, I am dismayed to realize that your experience was not up to your expectations and I wish we had to opportunity to learn about the reasons thus take corrective action during your visit. As we pride ourselves on delivering a memorable hotel experience during your travels, we have unfortunately fallen short of our goal during your recent stay. I have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel team to ensure that this was an isolated issue that is corrected moving forward.

الفندق متميز و موقعه ممتاز وقربه من ثلاث أسواق ، بالإضافة إلى وحود عدد من المطاعم المتميزة القريبة من الفندق .
طاقم العمل متميز في الخدمة و تعاملهم راقي جداً .
حجم الغرفة كان جيد جداً ، مستوى النظافة جيد

فندق جميل وهادئ والموظفين لطفاء والخدمه فيه ممتازه وكذالك النظافه وموقعه ممتاز قريب من ثلاث مجمعات تجاريه والعديد من المطاعم كذالك الفندق قريب من محطة ميترو ليفنت وامام الفندق موقف للباصات يمكنك الوصول الى اي جهه بسهوله

أعتقد أن إختيار فندق Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent هو جزء من متعة وجمال الرحلة لقد قمت بالسكن فيه في يناير ولم أستطيع التغيير لتوفر جميع الخدمات من مولات ومطاعم ومترو فهو فندق جدا رائع والموظفين كالعادة خدومين ولطيفين والسرير جدا مريح هذا الفندق خياري الاول في إسطنبول.

الفندق جدا جميل والغرف كبيره بالنسبه لاغلب الفنادق في اسطنبول فقط هناك شي سلبي وهو ازدحام الطرق العامة الرئيسية القريبه من الفندق ولكن بشكل عام الفندق جميل ويستحق التجربة وعن نفسي ساعتمد الفندق وأوصي جميع الاهل والاقارب
