During your stay I was indeed honored to meet with you and be able to assist for your special request about the laundry to be delivered same day. However I also wish that I was informed about your other comments so that I would have the opportunity to better understand your expectations and investigate further to get action for your satisfaction.
Please trust that we are delivering highest international hygiene standards to our guests. Our hotel is ISO certified on Hygiene and Safety and frequently conducts local and international audits to maintain consistency. Our chemical products are provided by Diversey, one of the most reputable hygiene and cleaning supply companies in the world.
Please allow me to inform you that upon completion of the cleaning of our guest rooms, housekeeping supervisors double check each room to ensure top notch cleanliness. You may be assured that none of our guests are provided a ‘used’ room under any condition. We have controlled our records and did not find any record that you have informed us about the cleanliness of bathroom upon your arrival. According to our hotel standards and procedures, cleaning services are not separately charged. We have also controlled your invoice and we did not find any charge for cleaning.
I would like to kindly inform you that we have immediately checked the curtains and realized the blackouts fully prevent sunlight. Similarly we did not realize any defect with the bed and even though most of our guests are pleased with the quality and softness of our beds, occasionally to fit the special liking of our guests we are pleased the change the mattress with a special ‘hard’ type upon their request.
Due to COVID-19 precautions, our air-conditioning units are fully functioning at 100% fresh air at the breakfast buffet while our team members are serving the food and beverages to our guests. I understand your concern that the breakfast area is crowded however please trust all tables are organized with 2 meters social distance and our large breakfast lounge with high ceiling is operating under the legally defined person capacity.
