كانت اقامة رائعة وتعامل رائع من الموظفين خصوصًا جوكان وفاتح ومراد كان في قمة التعاون والاحترام وحسن التعامل مع النزلاء
والفندق كان بشكل عام ممتاز و هناك بعض السلبيات التي لا تكاد تذكر والتي تنتهي وتنسى بوجود موظفين امثال Gokhan وزملائه

فندق جميل جدا نظيف و هادئ و افطار ممتاز يعيبه فقط الموقع بعيد عن المترو و المواصلات العامة لكن الافطار ممتاز و الخدمة ممتازة و الغرف مساحتها جيدة نوعا ما والإنترنت جيد جدا و متوفر داخل ارجاء الفندق كله

الفندق سيئ جدا برغم من انه من المفترض خمس نجوم لعدة اسباب
- الغرف ضيقة ولا يبدلوا الملايات رغم استخدامها والفيو سيئ جدا جدا ،،، كانت غرفتي تطل على حائط بالدور الثاني ولاا اري اي شي وطلبت تغييرها ولم يوافقوا
- دفعت اشياء قالوا لى انني استخدمتخا من الميني بار ولم استخدمها
- الموقع سيئ جدا وبعيد عن وسط البلد
- معاملة فى الريسيبشن غير لطيفة
