نزلاء الفندق من طبقة الشباب اللطيفة عكس باقي الفنادق
طاقم العمل مساعد جدا وخصوصا الكونسيرج يقدم كل ماهو جديد ودلنا على احسن الإمكان المناسبة لنا

الطاقم في الفندق محترفين ودائما فوق المتوقع
( فاروق ، جان، راسم ، دوغان، تورجاي.....)
مساحة الغرف جيدة ومستوى النظافة جيد
مكان مناسب للسكن مع العائلة خلال التواجد في اسطنبول

حجزنا في فندق ذا هاوس هوتيل بسفور وعند وصولنا الى الفندق بتاريخ ١-١١-٢٠١٧ اخبرونا بان هناك خلل في كهرباء الفندق وسوف يتم تحويل حجزنا على فندق دبليو وذهبنا الى فندق دبليو واغرمت به فندق جميل وحميمي ونزلنا في غرفه ديلوكس مع كبانا كان ملحق بها جدا جميله والجلسه في البلكونه في منتهى الجمال والموظفين متعاونين ولطيفين جدا وارسلو لي كعك وبطاقه بمناسبه عيدميلادي 💗
فندق دبليو إسطنبول
منذ دخولك للفندق ستشعر بغرابة التصميم و عدم تناسقه و ضيق ممراته التي هي اشبه بالدهاليز
و القدوم اليه بالاقدام متعب لوجوده على مرتفع
عند حضورنا ظهراً حوالي الساعة 2 تم ابقاؤنا في اللوبي لإنتظار تجهيز السويت لاكثر من ساعتين دون تقديم الضيافة او الاعتذار
بعد دخولنا الغرفة مطلة على الشارع و إزعاج ليل نهار
الإضاءه سيئة بالغرفة
افياش الكهرباء لا تعمل
مواصير المياه تهرب مياه
بوفية الافطار محدود جداً و يقتصر على اربع اطباق رئيسيه مكررة و غالباً ما تجدها خالية
الموظفين بالمطعم غير متعاونين ابدا

The Ottoman historical building which contains the W was refurbished with the likes of Mahmut Anlar & Thierry Dreyfus, revolutionaries in interior design & illumination.
We were unfortunately not informed about your troubles with the electricity, room décor and W Lounge service quality. Rest assured that these comments are noted and we are taking the necessary precautions to avoid such complaints in the future.
In hopes that your second time around will be decorated with better memories.

موقع جيد جدا، خلف شانجرى-لا مضيق البوسفور.
السعر متوسط.
التنظيف ليس جيد بالرغم من استخدام مستحضرات جيدة من ماركة بيليس.
الديكور غريب و متميز و خصوصاً بالالوان (الأحمر اللون الرئيسى).
لا يوجد صالة استقبال.
لا يوجد الكثير من المرافق داخل الفندق.

I'm glad you have enjoyed W Istanbul in terms of location. I am; however, sorry to see that you found the cleaning insufficient. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.
