عزل الصوت غير جيد و. مدخل الفندق على الشارع ما تقدر تطلع وتدخل بسرعه والتفتيش بالشارع والناس وراك تزعجك تبي تمشي ويجب تغير عزل الصوت وبس ومطعم مود اللي فوق يستغلك وياخد وقت المباريات حتى على نزلاء الاوتيل ٥ دينار !

Dear Guest,
We appreciate you taking the time to complete a survey regarding your recent stay with us.
On behalf of our entire staff here at the Corp Amman Hotel we apologize for the concerns you have about your experience at this hotel.
Just to mention that during your stay you were buying your drinks from outside the hotel to drink it in our restaurant which is not allowed anywhere in the world, and that s why we asked for service charge of 5 JOD.
We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit, we can meet or exceed your expectations.

تم فصل الانترنت عن الغرفه مع العلم اني قمت بتمديد فتره تسجيل الخروج ودفع ٦٤ دينار ،، ولم اجد من الموظفين الاستقبال اي تعاون او احترافيه في اعاده النت في الغرفه وخاصه الموظفه دانه و الموظف الاخر
و اشكر موظف الاستقبال الفتره الاخرى كان جدا لبق و متعاون (مهند ) له جزيل الشكر والاحترام بعكس الموظف الاخر

Just to mention that the internet access was not blocked or being disabled but because you have checked out from one of your rooms and you were trying to access the internet with a wrong room number, and you have only mentioned this issue at your check out.

الغرف صغيره نوعا ما. موقع الفندق ممتاز والاستقبال ممتاز والافطار مجانا ورائع.الانترنت مجانا. الفندق هادئ وجميل والخدمه ممتازه. الفندق بشكل عام ممتاز ورائع.
حجم الغرف يحتاج للتوسعه. يوجد سوبرماركت قريب. موقع الفندق قريب من جميع مايحتاجه السائح.

1- مراعاة نوعية المناسف بالحمام قديمة جدا .2- الاضاءة بالغرفة 3- نوعية الاكل رديئة 4- تحسين من صورة اللوبي 5- عمل مكان خاص للمدخينين 6- تطوير بقنوات التلفزيون . 7- اعادة النظر بنوع الخبز وخاصة الخبز العربي / براد الشاي

موظغين الاستقبال ليس لديهم الخبرة ينتظر الزبون ساعة...رائحة الاوتيل كريهة في الممرات...الموظفين لا يحترمو الزبائن..لن اعود اليه تانية...موقع الاوتيل بعيد عن المطاعم والاسواق..

Dear Mrs. Roula,
We apologize you were not satisfied with the check in procedures and delay during your stay. Also about the smell in the corridors.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Your comments are valued, and your suggestions will be used to consider improvements in the future.
Please note that the check in time is 14:00 especially when the hotel was running with full occupancy the previous day, so early check in would not be possible in these cases. Also today we have installed air freshener in all public areas so the smell is very nice.
