فندق يتمتع باحترافية عالية من قبل الموظفين وخدمات متميزة وسلاسة في التعامل مع النزلاء هذا بالاضافة الى نظافة الغرف وجودة الاثاث وحرص الموظفين على توفير الراحة للنزلاء ومساعدتهم وتوفير افضل الخدمات لهم
باختصار الفندق يستحق كل القيمة المالية التي دفعت مظير النزول فيه

راحة نفسية كبيرة ، ونظافة عالية المستوى، لقد سعد أطفالي بالمسبح، وسعدنا جميعاً بالافطار وتنوعه وبشاشة الطاقم الرائع.
نتمنى أن يكون المسبح أكبر هذا بالإضافة إلى التدرج بالعمق حتى يتسنى لجميع الأعمار السباحة

الخدمة مقابل المال يجب ان تكون افضل
محاولت فصل مخل النزلاء عن مدخل صالات الاحتفالات
توفير خدمات اكثر في الغرف مثل جاز كي الملابس
توفير مواقف خارجية للفندون دون الحاجة للوقوف في البدروم
تنظيف الغرف يجب ان يكون بشكل يومي

لقد وعدنا الفندق بالاقامه في جناح عائلي يطل على المسبح، فوجدنا نفسنا في الطابق الاول نطل على ساحة موقف سيارات من الشباك ، كذالك يوجد لدينا حجز لاسرة من خمس اشخاص لا يوجد مناشف ولوازم الحمام تكفي للجميع ، الحجم الذي وعدنا به كان 60 متر اعتقد انه كان اضيق، اوعزنا بملاحظاتنا في الاستقبال قالو جميع الغرف العائلية محجوزه مع العلم انا ايضا حاجز مسبقا وعندي وعود مسبقة بالمواصفات، ومع ذالك قالوا في الاستقبال اليوم في هذه الغرفة وغدا في غرفة افضل كما وعدناك عند الحجز في الطابق السادس باطلالة على المسبح، ولم يتغير شيء في اليوم التالي وتغير موظف الاستقبال، ولم ارغب بالحديثوالاستجداء من جديد واستسلمت للامر الواقع ولن ازور هذا الفندق مرة ثانية ولن انصح احد به.

We appreciate you taking the time to complete a survey regarding your recent stay with us.
On behalf of our entire staff here at the Corp Amman Hotel we apologize for the concerns you have about your experience at this hotel.
Please note that a family room was allocated to you but unfortunately due to high occupancy there was no availability of rooms with pool view.
