لموقع ...الفاليت خدمة الغرف ... الاستقبال .....تنظيف الغرف .هدوء ... تسجيل الدخول ...تنوع الطعام ...مواقف....مسبح ....ساونا ...حبذا لو تم تحديد أوقات للسباحة للشباب أو للنساء خاصة وأن معظم الزوار من دول الخليج ولا يستفيدوا من هذه المرافق.

بعد حجزي عن طريق booking.com قام اخد اصداقئي بالاتصال ثاني اليوم للتأكد من الحجز وتم ابلاغه الحجز ملغي ..... وفي نفس اليوم الساعة ١٢ بعد منتصف الليل تب ابلاغنا انو الحجز متوفر .... ما يقارب ال ١٠ ساعات تم حذفنا من الاقامة منها

حجزنا كان عن طريق مكتب غرفتين ولكن عند الوصول حوالي الثانية عشر ظهرا التشكن ان كان في موظف يريد تاخير دخولنا ثلاث ساعات مع العلم الغرف جاهزة واثناء انشغاله عننا رحنا لموظف اسمة حسين ومباشرة قال الغرف جاهزة ودخلنا للغرف
ايضا هناك ملاحظة على المطعم في الدور السادس الموجود عند المسبح يرفض ادخالنا ويقول هذا مكان خاص الحقيقة شيء غير جيد هذا التعامل ورفض ادخالنا
وفي اثناء جلوسنا في اللوبي كان هناك ريحة صرف صحي والعمال يحاولون يرشون روايح عطورية ولكن دون جدوى
انا سكنت بفنادق خمس نجوم كثير ولكن العاملين ينقصهم التاهيل ماعدا موظف الاستقبال حسين فهو مثال للموظف المجتهد المثابر...

فندق يستحق الزياره وانصح به ويشكرون علي تعاملهم الممتاز بالفندق وكذلك وجود البلويفارد تحت الفندق ويشمل كافيهات ومطاعم روعه وكذلك لوجود مول يبعد 50 متر من الفندق بصراحه انصح به بزيارته جداً جداً ممتاز .
