بشاشة الموظفين وحسن تعاملهم وخاصه الانسه رهف في الاستقبال وموقع الفندق والهدوء ونظافة البوفيه المفتوح لكن الغرف صغيرة، غير جيدة التهوية على ما يبدو. يبدو الأثاث قديمًا ومستخدمًا أكثر من اللازم. خدمة الغرف كانت جيدة وفعالة. الموظفون المهذبون، والحديد لا يعمل وتم استبدال الأسلاك المكشوفة بالقرب من القابس بكفاءة بخدمة الغرف المهذبة. سيكون من الأفضل الاحتفاظ ببعض أدوات المائدة في الغرفة وإلا فلا فائدة من وجود موقد كهربائي. لم يتم توفير الميكروويف ولم تكن هناك أدوات لتدفئة الطعام إذا لزم الأمر. الفندق له اسم كبير ولكن من الصعب تحقيق الارتباط الجمالي بمجرد دخول الغرفة.
