الفندق بشكل عام لا يستحق اكثر من 5من 10بسبب اشياء كثيره منها الاستقبال حيث طلبت سرير اضاقي ودفعت قيمه السرير لم ياتي السرير الا متأخر باضافه الفرش قديم والمناشف مستهلكه بالنسبه الفطور عادي حيث يوجد مطعمين خدمه الغرف لا باس فيهاولكن لن اكرر السكن فيه

كانت الخدمه بالفندق اكثر من ممتازة في كل شئ وقابلت مديرهم عبد الصمد البلوشي وهوي شخص في قمه الاحترام وسهل اموري كلهالذاك في زيارتي القادمه لن اغير الفندق ابدا لأن الادارة والخدمه ممتازةوالغرف نظيفه ورائعه حتى قائمه الافطار متنوعه والاكل لذيذ اهنئ الادارة بفندق زمزم بولمان مكه

رسبشن الفندق سيء جدا لايعرفون اي شي عن خدمة العميل ويدخلون معلومات غلط واسلوبهم سيء جدا لا اصدق فتدق خمس نجوم رسبشن بهذا الشكل غير بروفيشنال وطريقتهم سيئة جدا لاانصح اي حد تعاملت مع فنادق اخرى منظمه واسلوبهم احترافي ويتصرفون بكل ادب اما هذا الفندق لا يملكون اي مهارات للتواصل ابدن سيء جدا جدا
