موقع الفندق مميز في العليا في وسط الرياض وقريب من برج المملكة
الفندق مقابل لمطعم فيروز جاردن اللبناني الشهير وقريب من مستشفى سليمان الحبيب
خدمة الغرف سريعة والأكل لذيذ
خدمة تنظيف الغرف تحتاج إلى بعض الاهتمام والتطوير
خدمة تسجيل الخروج كانت بطيئة عكس خدمة تسجيل الدخول الي كانت سريعة

يتميز الفندق بتوسطه وسط العاصمة الرياض ولا يبعد كثيرا عن برج المملكة .غرفه نظيفة وفطوره جيد ولكن سعره غالي نوعا ما لذا يفضل حجز الغرفة مع الفطور لتضمن تخفيض ٥٠٪من السعر . النت مجاني و سريع . يتميز بوجود صالة رياضة ومسبح وسونا

موقع الفندق مميز على طريق الملك فهد و المنطقة حيويه حيث قريب منه برج المملكة و اسواق التميمي و التحلية و اغلب المناطق الحيويه بالنسبة للغرف كان مستواها صادم حيث الاثاث قديم و متهالك ولا يرقى لمستوى 5 نجوم و بالنسبة لقاعة الحفلات هي كبيرة و مرتبه وبها اضاءه في السقف تعطي اجواء للحفلة كما ان بوفيه العشاء جدا مميز و لذيذ .

بوفيه الإطار لذيد و متنوع وديكور هادئ للغرفه و الممرات وكذلك الغرفه مطلة على طريق الملك فهد لها إطلاله مميزة وقت الإشراق ايضا يميز موظفي الإستقبال الإبتسامة والترحيب وايضا وجود موظف مسؤول عن اخذ السيارة للمواقف
