الخدمه سيئ عدم استجابة العاملين في احضار الطلبات وتاخير عند الاستقبال ما يقارب اكثر من نص ساعه للحصولي على الغرفه الغرف بها رائحها في الحمامات الرجاء تحسين فرش الغرفه لانه قديم ولا يوجد ثلاجة في الغرفه .المزيد

•الواقع سرير مزدوج وكنبه ولايمكن التعديل او إضافة سرير لعدم وجود مساحة في الجناح
•ادوات الحمام والاستحمام لشخص واحد
•الفرش قديم
• لا يوجد مشروب ترحيبي لأعضاء اكور فئة فضية والسبب أن الفندق لايقدم الا للفئة الذهبية والبلاتينيه على حد قول موظف الإستقبال عكس كل فنادق المجموعة
• فقط المطعم ومن يقوم بإدارته يستحقون الثناء لتنوع المأكولات والنظافة والتعقيم شكراً لكم

فندق ممتاز لكن زمن كورونا قلق ووحقيقة الفندق جيد ولكن تمنيت يتم ارسال لي سلة فاكهة رغم طلبي لها لكن موظفة الاستقبال متدربة وتحتاج طريقة الاهتمام بالاعضاء ، لديها نقص تدريبي في معرفة مايطلب منها وماعليها للعميل الفضي

فندق سئ جدا .لاوجود لنظافه. الاكل ملئ بالشعر .
الشامبو في الحمام مستخدم من آخر نزيل . لا يوجد مراقبه علي الأداء .طلبت مفتاح من الانسه التي تعمل في الاستقبال. اعطتني مفتاح لغرفه اخري.لاانصح بالنزول في الفندق
