الفندق من فئة اربع نجوم ويقع في طريق العليا العام في حي العليا بالرياض ، الفندق بشكل عام جيد ومحترم ونظيف ، ومناسب للباحثين عن سعر منخفض واقامة سريعة ، يقدم مطعم لامود وجبة البوفية وعلى الطلب وهو جيد مع مقهى لامود في بهو الفندق .

الفندق من ناحيه غرف مرتب ونظيف
ولكن ك خدمه وموظفين استقبال جدا سئ
مدير الاستقبال عبدالعزيز القحطاني انسان ليس لديه اي نوع من الذوق والمعامله .. ولا يفهم اي نظام في الفندقة ابداااا .. وهناك مشاكل عن طريق الحجز بالاون لاين .. اذا حجزت غرفه سوبيريور تاخذ ستاندر روم .. وهناك مشكله جميع الغرف حجم السرير كبير .. واذا جيت انت وأخوك او اختك وقلت لهم اريد سرير اظافي .. قالوا زياده ١٠٠ ريال على كل ليله ... حتى لو كان الحجز شخصين .. الادارة يجب ان تعيد توظيف ناس لهم علاقة بالمعاملة مع الناس وشكرا

نظافة الغرف و مساحتها ممتازة لكن دورات المياه متهالكة بالاضافة الى بعض الاثاث مع العلم ان هذا لا ينطبق على جميع الغرف بالاضافة إلى خدمة تنظيف الغرف سيئة جدا قمت بالخروج من الفندق في تمام الثامنة صباحا و عدت الثالثة ظهرا و لم يقومو بتنظيفها
