While we appreciate your review and feedback that the hotel is nice and found the quality of breakfast to your liking, however it seems that we did not meet your full satisfaction on this particular occasion due to some aspects of the stay.
It is true that the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Seef district, close to the main City Malls, and surrounded by Cafes is really appreciated by our guests, however due to no proper drive through facilities of the cafes it caused traffic and noise and we are truly not happy about it. We offer no excuse but an apology knowing that you were inconvenienced during your stay with us.
We took good note of your comments regarding the bed and pillow as well as the smell in the bathroom, rest assured that the issues are now being addressed to the respective department for corresponding action. Nonetheless, we are delighted to learn that you appreciated the service you received from our reception team.
I hope to have another chance to welcome you back as an opportunity for us to regain your confidence and redeem ourselves.
