Regarding your feedback on the housekeeping associate who entered your room to give laundry, please be informed that our normal procedure for laundry delivery is in the evening from 6:00 to 6.30 PM. After 8 PM, we do not do the delivery unless it is requested by the guest. We follow our procedure of delivering the laundry by ringing the bell 3 times.
