تجربة ممتازه حيث ان الفندق ممتاز و الغرفة واسعة جدا و جميع العاملين سواءً في الاستقبال او الكوادر الاخرى متعاونيين جدا و ودودين و اخص بالذكر الاستاذ مصطفى و الاخت ابتهال و هربرت بوكينيا. و ايضا الافطار كان متنوع و نظيف و لذيذ في مقهى موسايك و تسابق الكوادر فيه لخدمة الضيوف.

واجهتني مشكلة اني وصلت قبل وقت تسجيل الدخول ب٧ ساعات لاكن الاستقبال رفض يدخلني الى لمن دفعت حقت ليلة كاملة وهذا شي جدا سئ ومافي تعاون وغير ذالك اجراءت تسجيل الدخول انتظرت ساعتين عشان تجهز الغرف وشكرا 🌹

نظافة الغرفه جدا سيئه شعر في الحمام و في الغرفه و على السرير
لا يوجد تنوع في قائمة الطعام في الغرفه مع المبالغه في السعر
المرحاض مكسور و فيه وصخ على الاطراف
