عند تمام الساعة الثانية فجرآ تم إطلاق جرس الإنذار في الفندق وكذلك تم طلب إخلاء الفندق عبر السماعات الداخلية في الغرف ،حيث تم إخلاء جميع النزلاء من البرج الذي يبلغ عدد25 دور عبر السلالم الجانبيه ،ولم وصلنا الى تفأجنا بأنه كان بالغلط ،المشكلة الفند حتى الان لم تقدم إي اعتذار لنزلاء حيث كان يوم كبار بالسن وأطفال اصابهم حالات من الضعر والخوف وكل هذا لايليق بفندق خمس نجوم

Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you encountered with the alarm incident which occurred last Friday early morning.
Unfortunately, the alarm could not be silenced once triggered which resulted in many guests using the emergency stairs. At this stage we were unable to communicate through the sound system that the alarm was false and avoid guests coming down to the lobby.
Our first priority is the safety of our guests and colleagues and I can reassure you our modern security system is fully operating making our hotel one of the safest hotel in Manama.
I would like to apologize again for this incident and I certainly hope we can be at your service again in the near future.

توجد اصوات مزعجه في سيب الفندق اصوات ابواب الغرف الاخرى مسموع عند الفتح و التقفيل . و اي صوت في السيب مسموع لذا امل حل هذه المشكلة بعوزال او خلافه مما يسبب عدم النوم و الراحه بشكل جيد . اتمنى منكم حل هذه المشكلة

فندق جيد البوفيه جميل ولكن لابد من تمديد وقت انتهاء البوفيه الى الساعة ١١ ونصف الفندق ينقصه نادي للاطفال والاضاءة غير مريحة حيث تميل الى اللون الابيض اللاونج جيد دورة المياه لايوجد فيه بانيو مقابل انه فندق خمس نجوم
