Our constant aim is to provide only the highest level of service and hospitality to our guests and I was surprised to read your comments about an alleged food poisoning during your stay.
The details of your experience was shared with me before you left and my understanding is that the team here responded to your condition in a professional manner, offering medical assistance and ensuring you were looked after and this until you departed.
At the same time, a thorough investigation was carried out by our Food and Beverages department. All the critical control points of the F&B operation relating to the food receipt, storage, production, and serving of meal were traced for breach of food safety. Furthermore, suspected food's ingredient, temperature control, cleaning & sanitation were all found within critical limits. The staffs concerned were interviewed on personal hygiene and their medical reports were verified and found valid.
With the investigations’ outcome, records available and the controls we have in place, and the fact that no other complaints of this nature were received from other guests, we can only conclude that the food served on March 4th breakfast was not the reason for your condition.
