- تعاون الموظفين قمة بالرقي في التعامل ووصلنا قبل ليله راس السنه بيوم ومع ذلك كانت اجراءات الدخول سهله واخص بالشكر الاستاذ/ محمد حلاوة لتعاونه ورقيه في التعامل، سهولة اجراءات الدخول والخروج ، ويمكنكم تمديد وقت الخروج ، موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب من كل شي .

التليفزيون لايعمل وهذه مشكلة كبيرة وكل مرة اقيم في الفندق اطلب الفني ويرد علي سبب هذه المشكلة اننا نقوم بتحديث القنوات لقد اقمت في الفندق في شهر مايو وشهر ديسمبر مرتين 3 مرات في السنة والمشكلة هي هي وكمان عدد القنوات المتحة قليل جدا ولايوجود قناة رياضية لمشاهدة مباريات كرة القدم

الفندق بشكل عام جيد ولكن مقابل المال المفترض يكون افضل ، خصوصا الموكيت ودورات المياه
اللوبي ممتاز والخدمة من العاملين ممتازة جداً
حجم الغرفة الكلاسيكية جيد وكذالك دورة المياه
موقع الفندق مميز وقريب جداً من سوق البحرين الشعبي

تجربة ممتازة وأفكر بالعودة مرة أخرى لنفس الفندق وأتمنى وجود حجز بإلغاء مجاني مسبق وأرجو النظر في عمل عروض خصم وترغيب للزوار في الفندق مع التشييك على الزوار وعمل هدية ترحيبية من الفندق للأزواج كصحن فواكه أو غيرة
