صبحانه با کیفیت و تازه بود و مواد با کیفیت استفاده شده بود، خدمات و پذیرایی و توجه به مهمان هم کامل بود و کمبودی برای صبحانه، ناهار و شام وجود نداشت، انواع پنیر های مختلف و مربا های متنوع موجود بود و نون های تازه و با کیفیت سرو شده بود

هتل بسیار شلوغ و رستورانها بسیار گران و شلوغ و بی کیفیت و پرسنل رستوران ها بخصوص آنها که خوشامد گویی میکنن بسیار بی ادب هستند و به عنوان مسافر هتل باید در صف بیاستید یا به شما میگویند که باید از قبل رزرو میکردید
هتل ۴ رستوران دارن که آنکه در طبقه ۲۱ است معمولا جا ندارو و غذای آسیایی با قیمت گزاف دارد و دو رستوران سنتی و رستوران طبقه سوم هم‌بوفه با قیمت خیلی بالا دارند و اجازه سفارش غذای پرسی نمیدهند و رستوران داخل لابی هم معمولا جا ندارد و بعد از اینکه به عنوان مسافر هتل با کلی بحث به ما بعد از نیم ساعت معطلی جا دادند غذا بسیار بی کیفیت اطاقها بسیار معمولی در حد ۳ ستاره وسایل داخل
اطاقها نیاز به نوسازی دارد و هنگامیکه اطاق رو به ما دادند شامپو ها را عوض نکرده بودند و از استفاده مهمان قبلی باقی بود و کلا امکانات اطاق بسیار ضعیف بود تنها نکته مثبت مجموعه استخر و سونا بود که تمیز بود و آب گرم داشت و البته پرسنل پذیرش که مودب بودن و سعی در حل مشکلات داشتند در کل اصلا این هتل رو توصیه نمیکنم

اولین تجربه ماست. برخورد کارکنان بسیار عالی است و در بدو ورود خیلی همکاری کردند. اتاقها تمیز و رسیدگی به اتاقها، گرمایش و سرمایش عالی است. صبحانه هم خوب بود، ولی به نسبت قیمتی که دریافت شده و هم چنین به نسبت هتل‌های پنج ستاره مثلاً مشهد (درویشی و یا قصر) منوی صبحانه خیلی ضعیف تر بود.

انصح الاقامه بالفندق لجمال المكان وتعاون الموظفين وحسن تعاملهم ولتوفر جميع الخدمات الماس يحتاج المسافر كما ان الطعام فيه جدا طازج ومنوعوقد جربت خدمه الغرف في طلب الطعام سريعين وطعم طازج كما لا يفوتكم الفطور في الفندق توجد فيها العديد من الخيارات متنوعه وطازجه
