خلال زيارتي للفندق ٣ مرات بكل مره ليلتين مده اقامتي ف رأيي انه الاستقبال و النظافه و الخدمه ممتاز لكن المخده غير مريحه و اضاءه الغرفه سيئه جدااا و اسعار الطعام نوعا ما مرتفعه لكن بشكل عام زيارتي ممتازه و الموقع الفندق جدا ممتاز .

فندق جيد جدا بس مشكلته خدمة الرسبشن والاستقبال فاشلة صعوبه وتأخير ب أجرائات الحجز والچيك اوت بالنسبه للغرف جناح كينغ ممتاز جدا وهادئ وخدمة التنظيف ممتازه وخدمة المطاعم كذالك ممتازه بس المشكله بالاستقبال ( الرسبشن )

موقع الفندق رائع في اكبر مجمع تسوق بالكويت وترحيب الاستقبال وتسهيل الدخول وتسجيل الخروج اتمنى توفير فرشاة الاسنان وماكينة القهوه واتمنى توفير خدمة ايقاف السيارات وان تكون هناك سلة فواكه او حلوى ترحيبا بالضيوف

الفندق اسقباله صغير لا يستوعب حجم الزوار
راح تنطر اقل شي ساعتين عشان تاخذ غرفتك
اذا بتطلع من الفندق يبيك بعد ساعتين و اخر شي انت تشيل اغراضك
مافي خدمه صف امركبة انت تنزل ادور موقفك و دور في مراقف الافنيوز و ضيع
تجربة سيئ لا انصح فيه
