الفندق رائع ويتمتع بكافه الاحتياجات المطلوبه للكبار والأطفال ويغطي جميع الاحتياجات المطلوبه للأسرة المقيمة بالفندق والاستقبال والموظفين العاملين لديهم الخبرة الكبيرة في طريقه التعامل مع الزائرين … والمطاعم الموجودة لها طابع جميل … لكن يوجد ملاحظه بالنسبه لخدمة السيارات دائما هناك زحمه عند المدخل خلال العطل وان أمكن زيادة عدد العاملين عند الباب لاستلام السيارات بسرعه

الفندق حديث نسبياً ومكانه قريب من المطار وقريب نسبياً (بدون زحمة السير) من المواقع الرئيسية في العاصمةللانتقال من الفندق إلى مركز المدينة تحتاج إلى مواصلات، الفندق نسبياً غالي مقارنة بفنادق أخرى في الكويت وأكثر قريب من مركز المدنية
