تعامل ميرفت كان جداً راقي وكانت وودوده واستمتعت في ضيافتي داخل الفندق واتت لي في بعض الشاي والقهوه والحلويات …وكانت الجلسه جميله جداً واستمتعت في وقتي داخل الفندق وسوف ارجع واجدد زيارتي للفندق لان كان كل شي من الاصناف لذيذ جداً…………..

تجربة مميزة جدا ورائعة ، موقع الفندق مثالي داخل مجمع الافنيوز للتسوق الأشهر والأفضل في الكويت ، صالة الاستقبال (اللوبي) واسعة وفخمة جدا، فريق العمل محترف جدا من الاستقبال إلى خدمة التنظيف والإرشاد والمساعدة الشخصية (الكونسرج) وحتى تنظيف الغرف والمطاعم ، ديكورات الفندق لوحة خيالية صممت بإحترافية وكذلك الأثاث ، الغرف واسعة ، وحصلت على ترقية مجانية إلى درجة أعلى ، قدموا لي العديد من المبادرات الجميلة عندما علموا أنني أقضي شهر العسل ، بوفيه الإفطار شامل ومنوع ولذيذ ولا يتأخرون في تنفيذ الطلبات ، أشكرهم جزيلا على جميع الخدمات الراقية وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ كامل رفلة المدير المناوب على ترحيبه وسعة صدره ودماثة أخلاقه ، وسأقيم في كل زيارة للكويت في هذا الفندق لا تردد
