تجربة مميزة جدا ورائعة ، موقع الفندق مثالي داخل مجمع الافنيوز للتسوق الأشهر والأفضل في الكويت ، صالة الاستقبال (اللوبي) واسعة وفخمة جدا، فريق العمل محترف جدا من الاستقبال إلى خدمة التنظيف والإرشاد والمساعدة الشخصية (الكونسرج) وحتى تنظيف الغرف والمطاعم ، ديكورات الفندق لوحة خيالية صممت بإحترافية وكذلك الأثاث ، الغرف واسعة ، وحصلت على ترقية مجانية إلى درجة أعلى ، قدموا لي العديد من المبادرات الجميلة عندما علموا أنني أقضي شهر العسل ، بوفيه الإفطار شامل ومنوع ولذيذ ولا يتأخرون في تنفيذ الطلبات ، أشكرهم جزيلا على جميع الخدمات الراقية وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ كامل رفلة المدير المناوب على ترحيبه وسعة صدره ودماثة أخلاقه ، وسأقيم في كل زيارة للكويت في هذا الفندق لا تردد
