تجربة سيئة حيث أصوات الإصلاحات لم تسمح لزوجتي بالحصول على الراحة من صداعها migraine، علما انها كانت حامل ايضا في الشهر التاسع. معالجة المشكلة لم تدوم حيث توقفت أعمال الصيانة لحوالي الساعة تقريبا وما لبثت أن عادت الأصوات القوية المزعجة مما جعل بقاءنا في الفندق دون معنى.

Nevertheless, I would like to take the opportunity to inform you that a renovation plan for the hotel has already kicked off and working starts from 10:00 until 16:00 however sometimes they start early and we ask them to stop work whenever any esteemed guest complaints. I have noted all your comments and will be sharing them with all concerned departments and make sure such incident won’t happen again. Hope during your next stay you will have a whole new experience.

خدمة الغرف سيئة جدا اقمت بالاوتيل يومين لم يتم بهم اي خدمة بالغرفة او ليوم كنت معلقة ورقم ممنوع الازعاج ونسيتها وخرجت من الاوتيل فلم يقوموا بعمل اي شئ بالغرفة مع العلم ان المفروض يكون معروف في الريسبشن اني مش موجودة تاني يوم لم اقم بتغليق اي ورق وبرضو لم يتم عمل اي شئ بالغرفة وقررت قطع اقامتي بالاوتيل رغم انه كان متبقي يوم

الغرفة لم تكن جاهزة عند وصولنا الساعة الثانية بعد الظهر وتم تحديد غرفة اخرى في منتصفها عمود غير التي تم حجزها
الافطار جيد لكنه محدود مقارنة بفنادق 5 نجوم
الهوتيل هادئ جدا وفي منطقة الاعمال
