الفندق يتمتع بكافة المميزات ، الاستقبال كان ممتاز والموظفين بشوشين ومتعاونين ، الغرف نظيفة ، السرير مريح والاكل ممتاز و خدمة الغرف جدا ممتازه . حظيت بكل الراحة و الاسترخاء الذي كنت اطمح و محتاجه له . اكيد سوف اكرر الزيارة..

الأثاث قديم جداً ورائحة الغرف كريهة وعدم وجود ماء ساخن في الحمام والمكيف له يعمل التحكم في الحرارة والبرودة ووجود الصراصير بكثرة في الغرف وبرك السباحة قديمًا جدًا وفيها تساقط الأرضيات حيث انه الفندق قديم جدا ولم يعمل له صيانه وتبديل اثاث

المكان ممتاز والمعامله كذالك
انصح لمن اراد ان يغير روتينه السمن في جراند حياه لما لديه من اطلاله جميله ومكان جميل للغايه
والاسعار متداوله كام يوجد فيه مجموعه مميزه من المطاعم
وكذالك صاله الحديد والمسبح والشاطى

عدم نظافة الغرف وتواجد الحشرات سواء الميتة او الحية على ارضية الغرف او الحوائط
الغرف مليئة بدخان السجائر على الرغم من كونها غرف غير مدخنين
عدم الاهتمام من الادارة والمبرر ان الفندق مشغول ومزدحم بالنزلاء

الإقامة كانت مريحة اي ولعائلتي والإفطار جيد ومنوع والمسبح وشاطئ البحر كانا رائعين ، ملاحظتي هي وجود مقهى شيشة بجانب المسبح وكان تنبعث منه رائحة الدخان ونتمنى تغيير مكان المقهى بعيدا عن المسبح ، لايوجد فريزر نضع فيه الآيس كريم .
