خدمة الطعام في الغرفة حصلت على الوجبة كأنني في سجن ومحكوم علي لم أتوقع هكذا تعامل من قسم المطعم في تقديم الوجبات إلى الغرفة أتمنى معاقبة موظفي المطعم علامة قدمه من خدمات سيئة في تقديم وجبة العشاء في الغرفة

الفندق جيد و ذا اطلالة و نظيف و لكنه مزعج و الطعام سئ للغاية
الموظفون ودون و الفطور اقل من المتوقع
حمام السباحه جميل و مساحه الغرف جيده و نظيفه تسجيل الدخول و الخروج مزدحم و خدمة صف السيارات متعبه بسبب الازدحام

موقع الفندق جيد و ذو اطلالة جميلة ولكن عليك الحذر. انصح بالحجز من المواقع وليس من الفندق مباشرة ، قد يكلفك تشغيل التلفزيون تفعيل خدمة غير مطلوبة . للأسف لاتوجد ارشادات استعمال ولا حتى تأكيد تفعيل خدمة في التلفزيون خاضة عند حضورك مع العائلة والأطفال.
لو أن الأمر فيه سعة ، لن أحجز فيه مرة أخرى

جميل هالفندق من نضافته و تصميمه و موقعه الجيد القريب من المجمعات التجارية و الاماكن السياحية و البحر حيث يقع بين مدينة اللؤلؤة و مدينة لوسيل الحديثة و اللتان يشملان مطاعم شرقية و اسيوية وغربية و غيرها

بعض مستلزمات النظافة الشخصة مثل فرشاة الأسنان، وليفة الاستحمام غير متوفرة إلا عند طلبها. الغرف بحاجة لصيانة.
المرافق الخارجية مثل الحمامات بحاجة لصيانة فهي قديمة وغير نظيفة وغير كافية، حيث أنه يوجد حمام واحد فقط للذكور وواحد للسيدات فقط عند برك السباحة الخارجية.
