الفندق جيد جدا و خدماته اكثر من رائعة و كنت اتمنى لو انه اتيح لي فرصة استخدام كافة مرافقه لكن لم يسعفني وقتي ولكن هناك وجبات الطعام الفاخرة التي ترتقى الي مستوى اغلب و اشهر المطاعم العالمية و خدمة العملاء حيث تمت تلبية اي احتياجات لي دون اي تاخير و ب الاخص من الاستاذ يحيى الذي كان و بشكل خاص يتصل في فترات معينة ليطمئن ان كان هنالك اي احتياجات و انصح بزيارة هاذا الفندق

ينصح به لكل الفترات و خاصة فترة الحجر التي لها متطلبات كثيرة.
علامة خاصة ل Ms sardaba التي تحرص على مساعدة النزيل على تخصيص الأكل و الحصول تجربة أحسن في الفندق.
احترام متميز لمواعيد الخدمة.
من غير ما أنسى خدمة الإستقبال بعد القدوم من المطار و الحرص التام على سرعة الإجراءات و وصول النزيل بكل إرتياح إلى الغرفة.
Recommended for all periods of time, A special mark of Ms sardaba ,she is keen to help the guest to customize the food and get a better experience in the hotel.
Outstanding respect for service appointments.
Reception service after arriving from the airport ,taking full care of the speed of procedures for the guest to arrive comfortably in the room.
