الفندق حميل جدا من ناحية الموقع والمنطقة المحيطة به خدمات الفندق اكثر من رائعة ،يتميز بالفخامة من ناحية الاثاث وكبر مساحات الغرف العاملين في غاية اللطف ورقي التعامل وأخص بالذكر الاستاذة ايه من القلب شكرا لكي على تعاملك واسلوبك الاكثر من رائع في خدمة العميل

المكان رائع وتكمن روعته في روعة الاستقبال من الأخت هند ...فهي غاية في الخدمة واللطاقة وحسن الاستقبال
وتوجد لي ملاحظات عامة
١_ عدم وجود أدوات نظافة شخصية في الحمامات
٢_ عدم وجود مناديل بالجناح من غرفتين ماعدا الموجود بدورات المياة
٣_ ضعف تنوع الأصناف في وجبة الإفطار الصباحي
٥- ضعف الاستجابة للطلبات الناقصة من مكواة أو مجفف شعر او غير ذلك

عبر الأجهزة المحمولة
من أفضل الفنادق خاصة للعائلات الكبيرة بسبب حجم الغرف الموجودة في الفندق مع اطلالة البحر ، موظفين الفندق جداً متعاونين خاصة الاستاذة ايمان والاستاذ خطاب واجهت ظرف خارج عن ارادتي وتعاونوا معي في هذي الحالة.
كما اتطلع في المستقبل بإقامة اخرى ان شاء الله
