اتمنى ان آخذ ترقيه لو مره واحده على كثر زيارتي واقامتي في الهيلتون ولاكن الترقيات لاشخاص معينين فقط ولا اعرف لماذا هذا السبب كل مااقول لهم اريد ترقيه من غرفه الى سويت يقولون لي الاماكن ممتلئه وتوجد اماكن فاضيه المزيد

الغرض من الاقامه الحجر الصحي بعد السفر وكان التعامل والخدمه ممتازه ، لكن يفضل لو فيه مجال للترفيه لذوي الحجر الصحي او اماكن خاصه للمشي ، وهناك مشكله في قنوات التلفزيون العدد قليل جداً ، واجهتني مشكله ازعاج من الغرفه المجاوره لكن طاقم الفندق تجاوب معي بسرعه بعد الابلاغ عنها وشكرا لكم

لا أنصح به أثاث متهالك وغالي جدًا أعتقد ان 4 نجوم كثيرة عليه غريب أنه مازال مصنف 5 نجوم غرفتي كانت سيئة وبها رائحة كريهة يبدو أنها من الصرف الصحي لم أحصل على طلبي طلبت غرفة مطلة على البحر وأخبروني ان الاطلالة كاملة لكن للأسف كانت إطلالة جزئية لن أكرر الإقامة في هذا الفندق.

الفندق مريح ، الطاقم متعاون لاقصى الحدود مع المهارات المناسبه في خدمه الجمهور للاستقبال ، تجربتي متكرره مع الفندق . القيمه مناسبه والموقع قريب بالاضافه الى مستوى الغرف ، كذلك مستوى الخدمه في المطاعم

تم استضافتي في فندق الهيلتون فتره ٧ ايام وكانت حسن استضافة جميع الخدمات متوفره وسريعه واذكر موظف حسين كان حسن الاستضافه من كلام وترحيب وضيافه حتى على مستوى الاكل كان ممتاز وعند عدم رغبتنا بوجبه معينه كان يستبدلونها بسرعه
